ADF FEDILITY ALWAYS FAIL THEI CUSTOMERS

I have been with a faulty alarm from November 2025 and was promised a technician will come out to assist with no luck. On the 21st January I received an sms to call ADT as their radio cannot read my alarm thus promised a technician will be dispatched on Wednesday 28th between 8-12 and as usual no technician arrived. I had to call the call centre on the 29th where i spoke to an agent who advised that a Isaac Mokati will call me back as he is in charge of the technician. My safety is compromised and believe me these losers debit my account without fail every month. If you happen to be looking for an armed response company please look elsewhere.
