Accident Geely HMW 098 MP

On the 5th of December 2015 my car was involved in a accident, where a fidelity van stop in front of us at a stop street on Sun City premises. Without any warning the van reversed into my car. The damages on my car were verified by two panel beaters This were submit to Phumale Mathebula, Head Office, Fidelity. Every week, up till now, when I have to follow up this unsolved matter, this lady has another excuse. Last week she send me a RELEASE FORM (in consideration of payment without admission of liability to J D Nell) which I sign and mail back. This morning I spoke to Susan at Head Office, regarding my money, and she asked me if it is really necessary to replace the left headlight, I must send her photo's of the light, because RTB branch must stay in their budget. ??????
