Abuse to a Trauma Client

I was horrified by the way I was treated by this company. My son and I had an intruder in our house that broke my sons nose and cheek bone and threatened to **** him. I organized an arm guard which I paid for and then wanted to extend it. When they came with the guard the patrol vehicle sat at my house for over an hour as they wouldn’t accept an Sms proof of payment from my bank. This happened on 2 occasions. Sorry for the people out there that use their hard earned money to pay for the patrolling of their neighborhood. When I spoke to the boss Marius Van Niekerk he refused to give me the name of his boss. He also told me the Invoice wasn’t processed as Angelique Swanepoel had Fri afternoon off and she is entitled to it. It must be so awesome to have such a monopoly of a business that one can treat clients especially those that have experienced trauma like this. Hope they never have to experience what we did
