Absolute worst service

I wish I could rate ADT a 0, but alas, a 1 will do... They are very quick to sign you up, but boy or boy, when you want to cancel you'll be running from pillar - post. Many emails & phone (Xoliswa, Izak to name a few) calls later, I'm no closer to getting what I have been requesting for over a week. Instead, you take it upon yourself to lower my premium? - which is NOT was a asked for! *********** much? Anyone willing to actually do their job?
