A Complete Failure in Security

Fidelity Security Services is hands down the most ***********, disgraceful excuse for a security company I've ever encountered. Three weeks ago, I had the misfortune of relying on them when someone attempted to *******ly move into our home. Not only did Fidelity break multiple rules and protocols to allow this person access, but they also permitted them to loiter in front of our property for over 5 hours while doing absolutely nothing. Their response to the situation was laughable, if it weren't so infuriating. Instead of resolving the issue, they forced us to abandon our weekend plans and return home, only to be met with mockery from their so-called "security" team. To add insult to injury, their subsequent report was sloppy and incomplete, promising further investigation that never materialized. Despite our repeated attempts to seek answers and reimbur*****t for our wasted time and money, Fidelity has done nothing but ignore us. They've failed to contact our neighbors, who witnessed the incident, or take any meaningful steps to tighten security in the area. As a woman, I no longer feel safe in my own home, and it's clear that Fidelity couldn't care less about the safety of their paying customers. In summary, Fidelity Security Services is an utter disgrace. Their gross negligence and disregard for basic security principles have left me feeling vulnerable and violated. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this despicable company at all costs.
