7 months without an alarm that i pay for monthly.....
I am actually not sure as to what must happen now, I will stop paying my account and you will hand me over to the debt collector because of your horrible service. I mean 7 months later after moving properties are still don't have an alarm in the new premises. all you do is send me messages that I must CALL YOU to test my alarm. exactly which alarm because I don't have one. I have called the Bloemfontein branch a 100 times already to no assistance. YOUR SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC. I am definitely referring this to my lawyers because this cant be acceptable.
