2 months premium free **** !!!

What a **** of a company. My husband wanted to cancel our services with ADT and the lady we spoke to convinced us not to cancel .

We were advised that should we stay we won’t pay for 2 months and our premium will be reduced.

Guess what ?that never happened they debited our account and changed the payment date from the 26 to the 25th and as a result the debit orders were not honored.

We received a call from one of their consultants who wanted us to make a payment arrangement for the 2 free payments that were promised to us. We explained to her the situation even requested statements showing all the amounts that are in question. She advised that the total amount is a combination of our unpaid premiums and excessive response.

I have been on maternity leave from June and I remember speaking to the alarm people twice and that was because of load shedding.

My question is do they not take load shedding into consideration ? 2.Why do they over promise and under deliver ? 3.we are told that the lady we spoke to he left the company (are the calls not recorded)???? 4.When they come to check the house do they not leave a note at the gate or something to notify us that they came??? And how is that possible because I was home all day everyday !!!

Fast forward after speaking to that lady who is demanding that we pay the R1000.we sent out yet another email to cancel this nonsense.2 days later we receive a call from another agent trying to retain us as clients and also promising 2 month free!!!

What a Joke.I need someone to take responsibility , because we would have cancelled this along time ago !!!!

I also need someone to send me the call recording of the who promised us lower premiums and 2 months free !I don’t even care whether she left or not !!!

This is a **** and they are definitely not practicing TCF!!!
