Worst Tracking company in South Africa

This is the worst company to deal with ever, I had a tracking unit with them that was removed last year May and I was told that the account is closed, however in July after the unit was removed they issued a new invoice this was 2023, we are now in September 2024 and I am still struggling to get them to credit the account to a zero, every time I call them I am told it will be sorted out and a few days later the threatening sms starts coming to me again, today 5 September 2024 I was on the phone with them again for over an hour and was again told that the matter is now sorted out but they can only send me a confirmation email tomorrow, I already know that this is not going to happen. My advice is to never do business with Fidelity Secure Drive.
