Worst tracking company in history

This is the worst tracking service ever. I went to buy a new battery while they took the old battery out I got an alarm on the app, they never called back to check if am ok. Sometimes my car will be park in my home but on the app it will be showing my car is somewhere else. When u call they will put u on hold then drop the call
