Worst service I have ever received at a tracking company

The Fidelity Secure Drive - Tracker service are the worst service I ever received They installed a tracker in one of my Excavators and then the technician mixed up some wires, they whole excavators wires burned out from the tracker until everywhere else, and Fidelity are putting up their hands - Not willing to fix their own problem of installation - how patetic
