Worst service ever received or lack their off

Their technician installed the tracker on the 18th of October 2023 On the 19th of October 2023 I logged multiple complaints to their landline, wassap group and emails. I did not receive any feedback from them. The technician did something wrong as the machine was working 100% and then the tracker was installed and then all the wires burned out with the starter and the computer box of the machine. They did still not give me any assistance as to fix the matter as the machine was in a working condition and the machine is no longer in a working condition due to the tracker that was installed. The date i reported everything was on the 19th of October 2023 and today is the 24th of October 2023 still nothing from their side happend
