Worse technicians and poor customer service everr

The device was installed in my car and when I tested panic button a week later, it wasn't responding. I called and they sent another technician to repair worse happened my car radio isn't working now.. I called and called and they kept on saying they will get back to me. I'm still waiting and they are not saying anything. U regret taking a contract with them 😒💔 .. take it your own risk
