Very slow response time for queries
Response time from *** takes far too long. I asked a question on the 26/08/2025, I got response only on the 28/08/2025. I rep**** to the response on the 01/09/2025 and have not had a reply since. I followed up on the 02/09/2025 and have not had a reply. Previous to this, I needed a faulty tracking unit (The first one they installed) to be checked, it took a long time to finally get someone out to sort that problem out. Response time to queries is far too slow.

13 Oct 2025, 06:23Update - It is now the 13/10/2025 and I have still not managed to get a response. This is August and I made a request for tracking unit to be removed from one car and installed into another due to sale of the car. I have also made a call which was answered very quickly but still no further in getting what I needed. Absolute useless service.

20 Oct 2025, 10:42Update - it is now 20/10/2025 and still not been able to get units swapped from one vehicle to another. I will now be cancelling my service with them. What a useless company.
