vehicle tracker

i had a new vehicle tracker fitted on wednesday. Have been getting alerts of batt power low and tracker being disconnected although vehicle is fine. I have been phoning and trying to get technical assistance without success. I regret signing up with this company. I am frustrated and without a clue on what to do next
