Tracker unit

My unit has not been working for 2 weeks and I tried to call them all I get from customer service is ,we will get back to you,I don’t know if this is your way of arranging people to still my car and blame it on me when it’s not found or not but your service it’s hell poor,I suggest people to stop using this tracker,their units are not working…asked them to come take it out refund me my money so I can take another tracking unit ***of
