Tracker Installation -Bad installation and wiring issue

The installation done on 15 December 2025 damaged my main power supply and when driving my car would switch off completely since the installation done for the tracker device. I was informed by your QC that the issue will be resolved in January 2026 for new power supply for my car and a new tracking device re-installation
