Tracker faulty no assistance to fix

I really enjoyed fidelity great service when it came to putting a tracker in and setting up. But now that there are issue it seems that you can not get hold of them

My tracker has been sending impact notifications to my app. I have called fididlty each time to be put on hold. Each time to get the call dropped. No one phones back. Same process every time.

I am on the road daily I can't have my family think I am in an accident when I am not.
