THEY BROKE MY ELECTRIC WINDOWS BUTTONS AFTER INSTALLATION

Good day

My name is Nompumelelo, I have been emailing and calling fidelity since last year about my electric windows of my car.

I got the tracker installed in my kia picanto on the 27th of December 2024 and the technician broke the windows they were not opening, I phoned him back to come and fix. he came and bridged the wires, my windows weren't opening when the ignition is off now you can open them.2. the passenger one is only opening by the button on the drivers side only not the one on the passenger door, they can't break my car and expect me to fix it that not going to happen,I have emailed since December 2024 and called them several times without getting any help.THEY MUST GET MY WINDOWS FIXED AND CANCEL THEIR DAMN CONTRACT😡😡😡😡
