Terrible Terrible and terrible service

Terrible service. I opted in for the 199 planbut you debited 369. I called endlessly asking for a copy of my contract and an invoice to no avail. I need my refund, and i m cancelling the contract. You dont stick to your terms. It is impossible to get hold of you. Now i have to drive all the way to midrand?
