Terrible service

Absolutely Terrible! The device has been installed more than probably two months ago. No one explained what to do, the technician rather had a flat Tyre that needed assistance. I tried getting hold of people to assist to no avail. I am rather told they don't work weekends. How on earth am I paying for something that doesn't work? God forbid there is an emergency
