Struggling to get assistance from Fedility secured drive

My car tracker unit was installed on the 8th of August 2024 from the date I can't access the my app and they installed the panic button on position that can put my life in danger when I can attempt to press in terms of emergency. I called company couple of times, and promised to fix the problem. Even today haven't assisted me with anything. And I'm scared for my car safety. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. I'm not satisfied with the service from Fedility secure drive.
