Service was cancelled and now they deduct again

Had trackers in our vehicles for many years. Cancelled and all was well till they double deducted two months for March and April 2025 and it was done. In September, October and November they deducted again and after numerous phone calls and emails promising to escalate since 12 November. I still don't have any answer as to why there were double deductions when I cancelled and when I will receive my money for for the 3 months that they stole from me.
