Rudest call centre agent I've ever experienced

Their call centre called me to sell me a device for my vehicle. It was an unsolicited call, and I have no idea where they got my number. After saying I wasn't interested, and asking to be removed from their list, they called back within 5 minutes. The second call ended with the lady laughing at me because I wasn't interested and wanted to to be removed from their list. I've never dealt with anyone that rude before. I will never buy anything from Fidelity again because of this single interaction.
