Poor show Fidelity Secure Drive

Poor show Fidelity Secure Drive. I had a tracking device installed onto my BMW 750 motorcycle. First time riding the bike since the installation and the bike cut out three times on the way to work. The dash gave me a red warning to say there was serious damage to the ECU. I managed to deactivate the unit using the app. I called an 0861 number, that was a waste of time. Got told I could get assistance by 08:30. Some of us need to be at work earlier.
