Poor service and ****mers

So last year when I decided to sell my car I called this tracking company and emailed the so that they could cancel my policy, I was left with 3 months before the 1 year contract is expired, after so many calls and emails they never responded and continued debiting my account until I stopped their debit order. 9 months later they’re sending me statement for arrears account with amount R1992. I responded with an email and they never responded but sent me another statement two days later. I have no idea if it’s the arrogance, ignorance or just poor customer service from this company but they’re worse than any other insurance company I’ve ever joined. They car about receiving premiums not dealing with customer queries and closing the account. I am beyond disappointed.
