Pay back my money immediately

My contract has officially come to an end in 2021. Where I spoke to one of your consultants at the time and made a payment to untill December 2021. I also gave an instruction over your recorded calls that I would not be continuing the relations I send forms I completed it and send it back. From Jan 2022 untill today you are still debating my account for a service I do not make use off. Now you wanna say I owe you when this contract was completed and canceled from me both in writing and telephonically. I want my money back that you have so glad debited the once I couldn't reversed from 2022 immediately and stop bothering ke and my mother.
