Pathetic Service from Mbali Mlangeni

I called in to inform them that my vehicle has been written off and I will need the to stop the tracker on that car and to install on the new vehicle Oh wow I have been liaising with the agent called Mbali 😩😩 , feel like she’s programmed, they don’t care about client , they telling me about cancellation fee of 1800 call out fee of 850 and to reinstall for 650 like really now ? I don’t even understand why hippo suggested you as a good company with such a pathetic customer service and reaping people off. I won’t be paying for services I am not using and you not willing to solve clients issues as per their needs , u want to tell me u don’t have cases where a vehicle is written off?
