After being transferred from department to department trying to resolve a Share Drive query, I was fortunate enough to be assisted by a lovely lady named Bianca. Although she was from a completely different department, she went out of her way to ensure my query was escalated to the correct manager within the Secure Drive team. While I was initially skeptical, Bianca followed through and even called me back to confirm that my query had been logged and that someone would be in touch.

Shortly thereafter, I was contacted by Mamahudu Makotanyane, who was equally professional, friendly, and efficient. She resolved my query within minutes.

It’s not every day that you encounter such dedication and customer-first attitudes, and I truly wanted to acknowledge the power duo that helped make this experience a pleasant one.
