NO ASSISTANCE IN AN EMERGENCY SITUATION

Very Poor service from fidelity secure drive tracker! My vehicle was ****** and I desperately phoned this provider to activate my tracking unit, as I deactivated it and was reinstalling a unit in the upcoming week, I called the emergency line, the consultant said to me,unfortunately it can be activated because the ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT only returns tomorrow (Monday).I then began to question her on what emergency standby service do they have in place to ensure that emergency situations like this are catered for. Nothing in place! Absolutely disappointing! I was not helped, the consultant did not even offer to escalate or phone higher authority to assist me! A Very disappointing experience!
