My brother was hijacked on the 9th of December 2024 and what Fidelity did to him was so bad to an extent that we starting to believe that they know something about his car disappearing. He said "Prompting me to contact the tracker company. Initially, they informed me that they were awaiting an update from the car's system, as it was still transmitting its previous location. Following several subsequent inquiries, I was astonished to discover that the device installed in the vehicle was intended as a supplementary unit, rather than the primary device. This revelation came from the company's manager, who assured me that they would address the matter with their sales department, as it had become clear that I had been misinformed. Regrettably, I have yet to receive any further communication from the company, and my attempts to follow up have been met with a frustrating runaround" yet he's been paying them every month
