I will never advise anyone to take Fedality Secure Drive Tracker. Im really tired of fighting this company. I wrote them emails, calling them to follow up with the tickets I logged and they don't solve my problems. It's been 3/4 months now driving a car I will never advise anyone to take Fedality Secure Drive Tracker. Im really tired of fighting this company. I wrote them emails, calling them to follow up with the tickets I logged and they don't solve my problems. It's been 3/4 months now driving a car with no panic button. I reported it since October they've been promising me that they will dispatch technician to check my device. They always treating me with missing skipping payment or amount in collection but they are failing to resolve my case. I was in a speed chase I press panic button and no one respond. I asked them to refund payment that they've been charging me but they refuse to do so. Everyday I'm getting calls from account department to pay account of device Wich is not working. I asked to speak to their manager they said their manager is always busy and he don't have time. I as client in suffering and they are enjoying chowing my money with no service provided. Their call center is very bad. Hello Peter please help
