I am so disappointed

Even this 1 star they dont deserve it. I will also never recommend them to any one. First of all they installed their device in 4 of cars but since day 1 I could only see 3 till today. It's been a year now. Secondly, false adverti*****t. They said it's a promo from R220 to R199 yet I was given a R199 package even the access on the app was for R199. The next thing they debit when they feel like and they themselves decided to make 2 debit orders. Today they say I owe them R5000. Imagine I am the one who calls them about the R4. Something they said I owe only to get my services suspended and for them to c R5000 and some OTT. None of my issues have been resolved all that they want to know is if I have made a payment. I am gonna escalate to this to it's maximum because hay this is a ****.
