Horrible Service from ADT Fedility - dont even think about installing their tracking device!

6 Months ago, i bought a BIAC Beijing from BIAC westrand. The Dealer Sonett offered me fedility secure drive and i took it. We included 3 years of premiums into the contract and the rest should have been history. But 6 months on and i get overdue statements from ADT - Fedility secure drive and their *********** staff (Kevin Ollyn) does not update the statement or call me back. To make matters worse i have requested for months now for the technical team to link my panic button but they plain down ignore me and do not respond to any of my communication (This is Jacoba Boshoff). At this stage i feel like i should write and complain to AMBER CONNECT in the USA to inform then of what bad service their clients are getting in RSA from ADT Fedility Secure Drive.
