Horrible experience

What a horrible company, I have call them requesting them to send technician to come and remove their unit from my old car to the new one Tjoh Tjoh the service I’ve received from those consultants is horrible, Kwanele madlanga sent me the form that I have to fill and sent it back since then she never rep**** to my Email

I call their customer care number the whole day, being send from pillar to post…I’m still sitting here pay the tracker to a car I have trade in….i hate you fedility
