Fidelity Secure Ignored My Tracker Issue — Now My Car Is Gone

WARNING!!!‼️ Do not use Fidelity for car track! Horrible service

Two weeks before my car was ******, I reported to Fidelity Secure that I suspected an issue with my tracker because there was no alert when I removed my battery. They never followed up or checked the device.

When my car was later ******, I was told the tracker couldn’t be located because it had not been installed properly. Fidelity had a chance to fix this before the theft but did nothing.

I’m still waiting for a proper explanation and written report. This is unacceptable service, and I expected far better accountability from a security company.
