Fidelity secure drive negligent incorrect unit installed

I purchased a secure drive tracking with wired panic button. However after 1 week when they did decide to install it they installed wrong unit without panic button. Almost impossible to get hold of anyone to resolve the matter. The salesman involved is on leave and they practically left me stranded. I called into their office the lady there told me all she can do is send an email to the relevant department and there’s nothing more she can do. I asked her to give me the contact number for the relevant department she refused saying only she can send an email. Really pathetic service from the get go! Disappointed and instant regret taking service from them.
