FIDELITY SECURE DRIVE IS A ****

Very useless... For over a year now, I have been fighting about unauthorized and continued debits from my account by Fidelity Secure Drive. I settled my account, sent cancellation letters but debut orders still continue, i have now resorted to reversing them. Spoke and emailed Lebogang Mothupi 4 Months ago, she promised to cancel it, still nothing. Spoke to Palesa who found my situation hilarious and even hang up on me. I think they do this to customers on purpose. Do not take or sign anything with with FIDELITY SECURE DRIVE, you will regret it.
