Fidelity Secure Drive is a ****!

This has been the worst experience I've had in a long time. For almost a month I have been trying to get someone to help me however it's impossible to get hold of anyone. You get passed from pillar to post and no one seems to know what to do. I have been debited for a service that I am not receiving. They have made three appointments to install a tracker and the installer has failed to pitch of on each occasion. This has happened every week since. It is impossible to get hold of anyone who can help, and more often than not the call just gets dropped. Everyone promises to get back to you but no one does. I have never dealt with a more *********** company and we are expected to trust these people with our lives.
