Fidelity secure drive

I canceled my policy with Fidelity Secure Drive in 2020_21. They canceled the one service and not the other. Fidelity road side assistance. They hassle me every other and every month, I tell them that I have canceled the service and that they did not cance the road side assistance.

They do nothing about it as keep on hassling me. I have asked them to check on the account and am told that they can't access the history, I requested a manger to phone me back today and am still waiting......

Their service is EXTREMELY BAD, and I will definitely not recommend them at all.
