Fidelity Secure Drive are ****mers and bullies.

I took a 3 years tracking contract with ADT for my vehicle in 2019. The contract ran from November 2019 to November 2022 then it lapsed. However, soon after, they sent a letter of demand that I was still owing them. My name was referred to attorneys. They claimed that the contract only ran for two years and that I did not honor the third year of the contract. I then provided proof because I still had the emails from when I took the contract.

After that I received an email that the proof I sent they were going to forward to their accounts department. There was thinking the issue was resolved because they went quiet. However, now they came back again sending me another letter of demand via attorneys and they threaten ruin my name once again. I have again gave them proof of everything but they seem not to care they do not even reply to the email I sent to them proving when the contract commenced, they just sent me yet another email with letter of demand. I am now afraid that my name will be ruined this has caused me stress because they treat me like a ***** and disregard the proof I have.

I wish people could stay far away from this company. They are bullies and do not care about people.
