Fidelity Secure Drive ****

This is the tracker installed by the dealership. I've had technical issues on 3 occasions but this time was the longest. Yesterday after 7 I saw my unit had no updated for 15 hours and showed my car was at home. I called, emailed and even reached out on social media. I was met with arrogant staff unwilling to help until they evenly were closed for the day. Today 8/8/24 which is a public holiday I am being made to feel like a nuisance. I've wasted so much time airtime to be told to call back on Monday with absolutely no regard to my safety. If something were to happen this is the service you're in for. I'm never felt so hopeless and unsafe with a service I pay for. I feel like I am now begging g for the assistance I pay for, that being on women's day.
