Fidelity Secure Drive ****

I ordered their tracking device in year 2023 and they did come and install it in my car, the tracker only worked for one day and never worked again. I called their consultant several times to report this they promise to send technician to come and assist about this and no one came yet they were debiting me monthly. Then since the device was no helping me I decide to reverse the premium of the few monthly so that I can get their attention. Ooh yes I did get attention by getting a notification for attorney that my account has been handed in to them. I went back and call them to find out about that, they told me I should send cancelletion form I did that on 27 Nov 2024 and resend it again January 2025 and I'm still getting collection messages as if I did not pay yet I was going to pay for the services not rendered to me. Please help me so that they remove me from their Attorney and collection department because this things is damaging my credit records.
