Fidelity Car Tracking Services has put my life in Danger!!

Fidelity Car Tracking Services, installed a tracking device without my permission or knowledge. My ex boyfriend by the name of Victor Mashigo and the younger brother by the name of Mathews Mashigo who works for Fidelity, installed a tracking device in my car without my knowledge and Fidelity is refusing to uninstall the device, telling me that the only person who can instruct them to remove the device is the account holder which is my ex boyfriend. I went to the SAPS to obtain an affidavit last week Thursday and emailed Fidelity Car Tracking Services & they ignored my request, I went back to the SAPS to obtain a second affidavit & took it in personally to their offices in Midrand, clearly stating that my life is in danger because my ex boyfriend has access to my whereabouts, he's even able to switch on & off my car as he pleases but they still refused to help me. Event after producing proof that the car belongs to me and I am still paying for the car. Please help! My life is in danger.😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
