FIDELITY BROKE MY ELECTRIC WINDOWS WHILE THEY WERE INSTALLING A TRACKER

Car tracker was installed on my car a KIA PICANTO on the 27th of December 2024,when I came back and checked my electric windows were not opening. I phoned the technician that was busy with my car to come and check, I am not sure what he did because my windows before fidelity car tracker was installed weren't opening when the ignition is off.after he fixed it, now I can open the windows even if the car ignition is off. 2. the passenger button is not working at all, I have to open on my side.

I sent an email to fidelity in January and now February about this issue I haven't received any response. I tried to call them and I was told that they will escalate my query and get a technician who was assisting me, till today that haven't happened.
