This is the worst tracking company ever.. I had a tracking device with lots of problems, panic button that didn't work. Called their technical service department, no assistance ever. FOR 2 YEARS I HAVE EXPERIENCED THIS NIGHTMARE DEVICE FROM THIS COMPANY, USELESS AND LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM OF CALL CENTRE AGENTS... To make things worse to what I have already endured through my contract that ended in April. WROTE AN EMAIL IN MARCH TO ASK THEM TO END MY CONTRACT AND TO DATE THEY ARE DEBITING MY Account..
