Fedelity Secure driving

I Mfanwenkosi Nsibande, *** here to report a Fidelity Secure Driving Tracker, last year on the 5th of December 2024 i joined the fidelity car tracking and the agreement of the package i chose was R258.00 which included the car tracker, engine disabler and also the panic button. The technician was supposed to come with the engine disabler, but he said that its still out of stock meaning that it was not even installed. i found out in January that this tracker never worked, i called and reported that the tracker is not working but they kept on deducting my money every month and they still do.
