Dissapointed with Fidelity' poor service & their empty promises. I have been promised a Technician to come check the car alarms system as it finishes the battery & I have to jump start my new car every now & again for more than a month now, and all I'm told is that they're sending a technician tomorrow but never happen & no communication.........ADT is the worst mistake I made in my life💔
