I have been a loyal customer for a few years. The past 6 months the debit order payments were unsuccessfull and for weird amounts. after numerous emails I received an invoice with an arrears amount as well as incorrect vehicle information. I have been unsuccessfully trying to resolve this issue through emails and phone calls which are not answered. I am so frustrated and can not even cancel my contract. I regret ever signing up for this service
