Car couldn't started after tracker installation

My name is Precious I will never advices anyone to take this tracker.i just install it yesterday 07/09/2025 just after the installation I couldn't go anywhere with my car because it couldn't start or move ....I tried calling the technician that was installing the tracker he told me that he is already home and he can't help me..I called the emergency number I spoke to the other lady she promised me that the matter will be resolved immediately tomorrow 08/09/2025 as soon as the technicians comes in ohk i had hope thinking that first thing in the morning I will get help but nothing, no phone call no sms.i then took a bolt to go to work just to report my problem and come back luckily my manager understood but I lost a shift and the money for the day...I then call fedelity the supervisor and the manager played hide and seek until they were left with no chance but to talk to me, the manager promised that he will send the technician in 30 minutes but guess what they didn't came and I still stucked...
