Bad service with ADT

Good day What a worst service I got from ADT car tracking department From just requesting for reinstallation I had to be on the phone for 3 hours ,they kept on taking me from one person to the other with no solution ,I’m very disappointed and frustrated imagine if my car was ****** this is what I have to deal with ,they don’t even have team leaders or managers for such a big company
